Want to host a Tila & Co. jewelry party in Toronto? Let us know! Please email us at order@tilajewelry.com at least 1 month in advance to discuss details, such as style of jewelry, theme of party, number of pieces, etc.

Because our jewelry is custom made using natural materials such as gemstones, pearls, and shells, please allow for variations in stone shape, size, color and character.

Each Tila & Co. jewelry piece is wrapped and packaged in our signature jewelry box. We carefully package for shipping.

We accept VISA, MasterCard and Amex.

For Ontario shoppers, we will add 6% GST + 8% PST to your order. For all Canadian shoppers, we will add 6% GST.

For orders $50 CAD or more (before taxes) you will enjoy free shipping anywhere within Canada and the US. For orders less than $50 CAD, shipping within Canada is $5.00 CAD. and shipping to anywhere within the continental United States is $9.95 CAD. Shipping to all other destinations is $15.95 CAD. Allow 6-12 business days for shipment from the day we send your order. Typically we will ship your item(s) 2-4 days from when we receive your payment.

Customer satisfaction is important to us.  If you are not satisfied with a Tila & Co. jewelry, we will accept returns within 14 days of receipt.  We will refund your credit card (less shipping and handling). To receive a refund, please include: jewelry with tag and receipt with your return. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
